A blonde was nine months pregnant and getting more nervous with every passing day.

Every little cramp made her grab her hospital bag.

Every time the baby kicked, she checked the clock.

And every time her husband suggested they “just relax,” she reminded him that he was not the one carrying a human being around all day.

At her next routine appointment, she finally told the doctor what had been worrying her.

“What if the baby starts coming, and I can’t get to the hospital in time?”

The doctor smiled reassuringly.

“Well, women have been having babies for a million years without any attendance from doctors.

It’s a very natural process.”

The blonde nodded seriously, listening to every word.

“So what exactly should I do?”

The doctor leaned back in his chair.

“The first thing you do is to assume the same position you were laying in when you got pregnant.”

The blonde suddenly stopped him.

Her eyes widened.

She looked confused.
