Two friends were sitting together one afternoon, joking and teasing each other the way they always had.
At one point, the man leaned back proudly, grinned, and said, “You know, there’s one thing I have that you don’t.”
The woman raised an eyebrow. “Oh really?”
He smirked and pointed toward himself. “Yes. I have one of these, and you don’t.”
At first, she rolled her eyes and looked annoyed. She didn’t find the joke nearly as clever as he did.
The man laughed, clearly pleased with himself.
The next day, they met again, and he couldn’t resist bringing it up once more.
With the same smug expression, he said, “I told you yesterday… I have one of these, and you don’t.”
This time, however, the woman didn’t get upset. She didn’t blush, argue, or walk away. She simply smiled calmly and continued what she was doing.
The man noticed her reaction and looked confused.
“Wait a minute,” he said. “Yesterday you were upset. How come you’re not bothered today?”
The woman smiled sweetly and replied:
“Because I thought about it… and with one of these, I can get as many of those as I want.”
