Three women were sitting together one afternoon, chatting and laughing about their marriages.
Before long, the conversation turned to their love lives.
The first woman smiled proudly and said, “My husband reminds me of a Rolls-Royce.”
The other two looked at her with interest.
She continued, “He’s smooth, elegant, refined, and always makes me feel like I’m being treated to something luxurious.”
The second woman laughed and said, “That sounds nice, but my husband is more like a Porsche.”
“A Porsche?” asked the first woman.
“Oh yes,” said the second. “Fast, powerful, exciting, and always ready to go.”
The two women giggled.
Then they both turned to the third woman, who had been sitting quietly, listening with a tired expression.
“What about your husband?” one of them asked.
The third woman sighed deeply and shook her head.
“Well,” she said, “I suppose mine is more like an old Chevy.”
The others looked confused.
“An old Chevy?” they asked.
She nodded and said:
“Needs a hand crank to get started, and I have to jump on while it’s still moving!”
