A man and a woman were enjoying a quiet, candlelit dinner at a nice restaurant.
Everything seemed perfectly normal…
Until the waitress noticed something very strange.
The man slowly began sliding lower in his chair…
A little lower…
Then even lower…
Soon, only his eyes were visible above the table.
A few seconds later…
He completely disappeared underneath it.
Oddly enough, the woman across from him didn’t react at all.
Completely baffled, the waitress hurried over and whispered,
“Excuse me, ma’am… I think your husband just slipped under the table.”
The woman calmly took another sip of her water, smiled, and replied,
“No… he didn’t.”
She nodded toward the restaurant entrance and added,
“My husband just walked through the front door.” 😂
